We are currently interviewing for a Quality Inspector in our Cincinnati, OH plant.
Bodycote offers:

- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
- Accurately perform hardness and other tests and record results as required
- Perform calibration of all testing equipment accurately and on schedule
- Perform audits, weekly probes, surveys, etc. as needed or defined by procedure and/or schedule
- May be required to complete conformance certificates and/or other related paperwork
- Promote safety and good housekeeping practices
- This position will allow for cross-training and the development of additional skills
- This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident cardholders
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred – one to three years experience in metal components, as an inspector, or working in the heat treating industry
- Must have a working knowledge of all testing equipment and terminology
- Basic knowledge of commercial and aerospace materials and heat-treating equipment is desired
- Must have some experience reading/interpreting blueprints/specifications, be detail-oriented, and possess manual dexterity
- May be required to work overtime or any shift, including weekends
- Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate the English language
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with computer applications including Microsoft Office and databases is required
- Must be able to work in a sitting and standing position for extended periods in an office/industrial environment
- Manual dexterity to perform data entry functions
- Ability to bend, pull, stoop, and reach to perform functions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, humidity, etc.
- Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc.
- Ability to hear in person and via phone
